A:- ‘What we hear we forget, what we see, we remember, what we do, we learn’ is very much true. Therefore industrial visits help them learn by doing as students observe 8Ms in an organization.

A:- 8M’S include, Material(input), Machines(process inputs), Manpower(involve in every process), Money(financial resources), Methods (standardized practices)marketing (sale of products)motivation(encouraging and guiding hand holding)and management(organizing leading).

A:- EDP stands for Entrepreneurial Development Programme, which aims at orienting the students towards development of qualities, and competencies required to emerge as successful entrepreneurs

A:- "What we hear we forget, what we see, we remember, what we do, we learn." This proverbial saying is true and relevant. Hence the industrial visits help the students learn, as they see things for themselves. They also get an opportunity to see how 8Ms work in a business organization

A:- ICBS imparts 10 types of skills - Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Analytical Skills, Interview Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Project Execution Skills, Case Study Analysis Skills, Event Management Skills, Public Speaking Skills, and Seminar Presentation Skills.

A:- Dr.Narayana College of Commerce and Science and ICBS  has a special placement cell to ensure that the students are employable in every sense. The college focuses on entrepreneur development among students. The students are classified into three categories to help them achieve their goals: a. to choose placement after BBA-EDP, b. to pursue MBA in premier B-Schools, and c. to start their career as entrepreneurs.

A:- ICBS  is different from other educational institutions as the college focuses on entrepreneurial skills development in the students to emerge as job providers rather than job seekers by facilitating district level as well as state level industry visits.

A:- Personality Development Program shapes students to understand themselves and their attitude. I Create Business School conducts 10 days of orientation program in August every year by inviting personality development trainers to orient the students to be goal-oriented.
